Reminder for all Analog Cable Customers:
The transition to digital cable is scheduled for March, so act fast.
>> Check your TV and decide which option you want to take. Doesn’t apply to TV sets with an Entone Box.
>> Need help viewing the new digital channels? They are the channels with the -1 after them.

>> If you haven’t found the new channels yet, please follow these instructions:
Go into menu or settings. Look for channels or broadcasting and select it. Do an auto channel scan.
• If you get picture and sound on channels 3-1 & 4-1, your TV has the correct tuner in it.
Enjoy the great picture you don’t need to do anything right now!
• If your TV doesn’t get these channels, you will have the following options:
OPTION 1. Upgrade to Expanded Basic Cable*
Expanded Basic is ONLY $5 more than Basic per month. Don’t wait! We have a free install promotion running through February ($50 value while box supply lasts.) OPTION 2. Purchase or Rent a Converter Box from BVC
Rental fee is $5 per month per box, or purchase for about $90 each. You will need a converter box for each TV that is not equipped with a digital tuner. Pictures of remote and box on our website and Facebook.
>> We need to know NOW if you want this option! These converter boxes must be ordered, we do not have them in stock. We can have a converter box in your hands before we turn off the analog channels 14-99 as long as you notify us no later than January 31, 2019.

OPTION 3. Purchase a New TV with a Digital Tuner
Go to google and type in: TV with digital tuner to see model options and where to purchase. We recommend you buy from a retailer with a good return policy, in case your new TV selection doesn’t work or you are unhappy with the purchase.
OPTION 4. Do Nothing and Continue to Receive ANALOG Channels 2–13
We are keeping channels 2 through 13 temporarily for TV’s that do not find the new digital stations. These will be the only channels available in analog once the transition to digital is complete. You will be notified in the future when analog service will no longer be available. Please see options 1, 2 and 3 above for permanent viewing options.
