DOCSIS 3 Modem
ARRIS TM822G - 2 Line phone capable modem with 1 Ethernet port.
8 Hour battery to run phone service during power outage.  
Look on our Support page to see how to test your battery in your modem.  If it needs to be replaced, please let us know.

Phone Activation Fee- $20.00 per number (Fee dropped for current internet customers on first number.)

Installation charge- $50.00  
Includes: Our technicians providing one in-home visit, setting up the equipment to provide service transport to the modem. The modem is our point of responsibility.  

Note: Please plan on giving us 3 business days to process new numbers 
and 10 business days to process same numbers. No phone installs after 3pm on weekdays that include a ported number. 
Do not call your current phone company to disconnect if you want to keep your same number.
BVC is not responsible for early termination fees billed by old provider. 

Customers with TV, Internet and Phone will receive a monthly discount of $3.00.

How to power cycle your phone modem.
1. Remove power cord.
2. Locate the Latch End as shown in the picture.
3. Insert a finger into the latch opening. Then press down and pull back on the latch holding the battery door.
Note the orientation of the battery for future reference, as it will only fit completely if it is inserted correctly.
4. Remove battery.
5. Wait 5 seconds, replace battery.
6. Reinsert power cord.
