We are a family owned and operated business. Doug and Nancy Soden started Beaver Valley Cable in the 70's after giving up Soden's Body Shop due to health reasons. The business soon grew after acquiring some other small systems in the area. They incorporated in 1980 and continued to build and grow. In the late 90's, we ran a fiber optic back bone and launched digital services. In 2001, we began installing internet service in our customers' homes. In December of 2012, we started bringing you a quality digital phone service that 'doesn't break the bank'.

I highly recommend Beaver Valley Cable as your Cable and Internet provider. We are currently in the process of also adding the phone service. We have been a customer since we move in the area that they provide their services for 5 years now. We have always had EXCELLENT customer service, whether it is on the phone or in person. Everyone is so polite and friendly and willing to help you in any way they can!!!! I feel like I am dealing with family anytime I need to call them with any questions at all or when the techs come to our house to install an additional service. We moved last year down the road so we need to get everything hooked up. They were excellent and very efficent at what they do. I always recommend to my friends and family to choose Beaver Valley Cable! As a matter of fact, I made my parents get rid of their Dish Network and switch to Beaver Valley Cable. We never have any problems with any service!!! It is always up and running for our convience!!! Thank you so much for being such an oustanding business to our area!!!

Our house burned a year ago and we had Direct TV because we wanted the YES channel. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with Direct TV trying to get temporary service restored. They sent a tech out one morning and he went back without completeing anything and we had to reschedule. I had lost my patience and called Beaver Valley and they had heard of our house fire, expressed their sympathy and sent someone out that day (no need to give directions). They had us set up in minutes. Later wires were run in the new construction and everything is perfect. We are in the process of switching our phone and internet to Beaver Valley Cable. It is so nice to have a local company.

We’d like to thank Beaver Valley for being responsive and helpful, when restoring the phone after a weather or other issue and answering our questions about phone, cable or internet service! We transferred to BVC from Frontier several years ago-BVC helped with the transition paperwork and service has been smooth ever since. Your customer service knows the answers to everything we’ve ever needed. It’s great to have a local service provider!
